What these parameters measure
Free acidity: one of the parameters used to assess the condition of the raw material and the care taken during production.
Peroxide value: describes the oxidative condition of the oil at the time of analysis.
K232, K270 and Delta K: spectrophotometric indices used in quality control and oil classification.
Ethyl esters: contribute to the assessment of the quality of the raw material and the processing and storage conditions.
