Shipping and Delivery

1. Destinations

We ship to the countries and areas enabled at checkout. Destination availability, the final rate and any surcharges are verified when the delivery address is entered.

2. Rates for enabled EU destinations

For orders with a value below €99, the standard rates based on the total parcel weight are:

up to 3 kg: €9.90
over 3 kg and up to 10 kg: €14.00
over 10 kg and up to 20 kg: €24.90
over 20 kg and up to 30 kg: €39.90

The band is calculated on the total weight of the products and packaging. The rate shown at checkout prevails in the event of a difference caused by the destination, dimensions, special packaging or carrier service.

3. Free shipping

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders to enabled EU destinations with a product value of at least €99, calculated after discounts and excluding shipping, duties, import taxes and other charges.

Free shipping may not apply to remote areas, islands, destinations with exceptional surcharges, special deliveries or non-EU countries. Any cost is shown before payment.

4. Norway and non-EU countries

Shipping to Norway starts indicatively from €14.90 or is calculated at checkout according to weight, volume and destination. The €99 free-shipping threshold does not apply to Norway unless checkout expressly grants it.

Customs duties, import VAT, customs-clearance costs and carrier charges may be requested from the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for providing the information required for customs clearance.

5. Remote areas, islands and surcharges

Some postal codes, islands or remote areas may involve a surcharge or longer delivery times. If checkout cannot calculate this correctly, we will contact the customer before shipping. No surcharge will be charged without communication and consent where required.

6. Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not normally counted. During launches, holidays or periods of high volume, preparation times may increase.

7. Estimated delivery times

European Union: generally 3–7 business days from collection by the carrier.
Norway: generally 5–10 business days, plus any customs time.

Times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee unless expressly agreed. In the absence of a different agreed deadline, delivery will in any event take place within the maximum period required by applicable law, generally 30 days from conclusion of the contract.

8. Confirmation and tracking

Where available, the customer receives a shipping confirmation with the tracking code. Tracking may take a few hours to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

9. Incorrect address, failed collection and redelivery

The customer must carefully check the delivery details. In the event of an incorrect address, absence, failed collection or unjustified refusal, the actual return and redelivery costs may be charged within the limits of the law. Contact support immediately if you notice an error: a change cannot be guaranteed after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

10. Damaged, lost or incomplete parcels

ITALIA STANDARD remains responsible for the risk until delivery to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer. In the event of visible damage, document the parcel and contact us as soon as possible. For a parcel not received, we will check the tracking and open a case with the carrier. The consumer’s legal rights remain unchanged.

11. Split shipments

An order may be sent in more than one parcel for logistical or safety reasons. The customer does not incur additional costs beyond those confirmed, unless changes are subsequently requested.

12. Applicable rate

The cost, service and conditions shown in the final checkout summary are those applicable to the order. In the event of an obvious technical error, we will contact the customer before shipping to agree on a solution or cancel and refund the order.
