This policy describes how ITALIA STANDARD collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit italiastandardfood.com, create an account, make a purchase, request support or interact with the online store.

2. Personal data processed

Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

  • payment and transaction information. Full card details are normally processed directly by payment providers and are not stored by ITALIA STANDARD;

  • information necessary to prevent fraud, abuse and unlawful use of the service.

3. Sources of data

We collect data directly from you, automatically through the website and cookies, and from providers that support the store, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, support tools and technical services.

  • Performance of a contract: management of the cart, orders, payments, delivery, support, returns and refunds.
  • Legal obligations: accounting, taxation, product safety, handling requests from public authorities and retaining mandatory records.

The store is hosted on Shopify. 14. Minors

The store is not intended for minors who cannot validly enter into a contract. We do not knowingly collect minors’ data in breach of the law.
